Results of the presented talks are going to be published in Proceedings of the Conference.

They will be printed in two volumes:
a) Acta et Commentationes Universitatis Tartuensis de Mathematica (reviewed by Mathematical Reviews and Zentralblatt für Mathematik)
b) Special volume of Journal of Statistical Planning and Inference (consisting of selected papers on the main topics of the conference)
For both issues the papers will be refereed by two referees.

Deadline for presenting the manuscripts is 24th of September 2007

The papers have to be written in LATEX using this template. Please confirm your interest for publication of your results in the Proceedings with a letter to the address msi@ut.ee.
