In addition to plenary talks by invited speakers, the conference will have a number of sessions for contributed presentations. If you wish to present a talk, please submit the title of your talk to the conference secretariat (msi@ut.ee) by February 1, 2007. The new deadline for the abstract is April 15, 2007. Electronic submissions in LaTeX or plain text format are preferred. All abstracts will be refereed by the Organising Committee. We will try to notify you of the acceptance of your talk within one month of the date we receive your abstract.
