The conference is hosted by the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Tartu, Estonia. Tartu University is among the oldest universities in the Nordic-Baltic area, founded in 1632 by the Swedish king Gustav II Adolph. Nowadays it is a modern, fast-growing university with high academic standards for both teaching and research.
